Refund policy

At Emily Ruth’s Kitchen, our biscotti are locally made and handcrafted in small batches, and we hold ourselves to the highest standards of production to ensure every unit meets our expectations for quality and care. If your product does not meet your expectations, please let us know. We review returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis and ask that you contact us via email with photos so we can best assist you.You can contact us at emilyruthkitchen@gmail.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
